Terrence Terrell Richard said he wanted child sexual abuse, aggravated kidnapping and officer assault in 2021

Houston, Texas (KTRK) – Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department need to help the public find a man wanted for child sexual abuse and more.

The Department of Homeland Security said Terrence Terrell Richard, 38, is charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child, aggravated kidnapping, and aggravated assault on a security officer.

On August 1, 2021, HPD officers responded to Complex 9600 of Homestead Road after receiving reports of the above charges.

During the investigation, the police said that many of the victims shouted out protest against the suspect’s commission of the crimes.

Police described Richard as a 6-foot-1, 170-pound black man with brown eyes and black hair.
